Take advantage of locally grown, super fresh garden veggies and berries. This is a great lunch or dinner salad, Add chicken, and you’ve got a wonderful, cool main dish.

For the salad
For the dressing:
Instructions
  1. Divide the spinach/baby greens onto two serving plates. Layer mixed microgreens on top.
  2. Divide the mixed berries, avocado, shredded carrot between the two plates.
  3. Whisk vinaigrette ingredients together in a small jar.
  4. Drizzle on top of the salad plates. Sprinkle with almonds and cheese. ENJOY!
