Baked Roasted Radish

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Toss radishes with olive oil and spices. Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet, making sure each radish has contact with the pan, and don’t “pile” atop others
  3. Roast for 30 – 35 minutes until golden and crispy. Turn half way through baking
  4. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Store leftovers in refrigerator 3-5 days
  5. To freeze, par-bake radishes then freeze. Bake from frozen til done.
