
Beet Chips
These oven-baked, crispy Beet Chips are quick and easy to make. They are the perfect snack after a long day of work or school. Just prepare them, pop them in the oven, and relax while you wait for them to be done. Finally, there is a chip that you can feel good about eating.

	Ingredients
- 2 large beets thinly sliced
 - 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
 - 1/2 tsp Salt
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees F. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
 - Toss beet slices with oil and salt. Spread in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets.
 - Bake on the upper and lower oven racks until crisp, rotating the pans top to bottom and front to back halfway through, about 3 hours. Cool on the pans for 30 minutes before serving.
