
Baked Roasted Radish

Ingredients
- 2 lbs radishes trimmed and halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt more to taste when done
- 4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder OR 1 medium onion sliced
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder OR 1 Clove garlic minced
- optional Fennel seeds
- optional Rosemary
- optional Thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Toss radishes with olive oil and spices. Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet, making sure each radish has contact with the pan, and don’t “pile” atop others
- Roast for 30 – 35 minutes until golden and crispy. Turn half way through baking
- Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Store leftovers in refrigerator 3-5 days
- To freeze, par-bake radishes then freeze. Bake from frozen til done.
