Spring is moving in on us. Grass is greening, garden plots are tilled and waiting seeds and transplants. It’s a beautiful time of year. Several customers have asked about a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) produce share. Our friends at Earth Dance Farm located south of Spring Valley have shares still available.
Spring Veg – We are sourcing spring veg from various sources. We’ve had lovely spinach from Hare and Tortoise Farm in Zumbro Falls. We are excited to have more good things from their and their wholesale partner, Heartbeet Farm throughout the growing season.
Hanappe Ranch 100% Grass Fed Organic Beef Sausage – we are excited to have this awesome product back in our freezer space.Hanappe Ranch, Castle Rock, MN, is an awesome certified organic beef farm. The sausage has long been a customer favorite. Next stop in, grab a roll. Super delicious.
Jackson’s Chips – Love kettle cooked and/or sweet potato chips??? Oh yes, me too. You will want to try these snackers. The first order ran out the door but more is coming! We will have 5oz bags of Kettle Chips three varieties and 5oz bags Sweet Potato chips also in three varieties. Want to test drive first? Great. We have lots of 1oz snack size too. The story: In response to their son’s rare autoimmune disorder, the whole family began eating a clean, high fat, low carb diet to support Jackson’s health journey. There was a serious lack of clean snacks in this eating style. So, they made their own. Bulk Foods – Don’t forget about our bulk foods section. Includes legumes (split peas, red kidney and black beans), wheat berries, popcorn and a variety of flours (wheat bread and pastry, rye, buckwheat, others available by order). BAKERS! Looking for large quantities of grain berries or ground flour? Let me know. I can order 25lb or 50lb bags of many varieties (wheat, spelt, rye, buckwheat, oats, various groats, and more.). We have some pre-packaged and some open bulk – byoc.
