Season's Best Microgreens Salad
Take advantage of locally grown, super fresh garden veggies and berries. This is a great lunch or dinner salad, Add chicken, and you've got a wonderful, cool main dish.

Ingredients
For the salad
1/2
cup
Fresh Spinach
or mixed baby greens
1/2
cup
Mixed Microgreens

Mixed berries
If using strawberries, slice them

Avocado
ripe but not too soft; may drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle lightly with salt.

Slivered Almonds

Favorite grated or crumbled cheese
Feta, Romano, Parmesan
For the dressing:

EVOO

Tablespoon
Lemon infused balsamic vinegar

chopped garlic

Honey
Dash of salt and pepper
Instructions
Divide the spinach/baby greens onto two serving plates. Layer mixed microgreens on top.
Divide the mixed berries, avocado, shredded carrot between the two plates.
Whisk vinaigrette ingredients together in a small jar.
Drizzle on top of the salad plates. Sprinkle with almonds and cheese. ENJOY!
