#Tastespring

It’s been a long Minnesota winter. Dean says it’s been a “normal” winter. Maybe all this snow and moisture will lead to a fantastic spring and summer garden growing season.

Greensted has had many opportunities and fun this past couple of months! Be sure to follow our Facebook and Instagram feeds for daily updates.

  • First Farmers Market Booth ExperienceFaribault Farmers Winter Market March 3. Fantastic afternoon! Above average crowd attendance, many awesome vendors. We nearly sold out of our Microgreens. We’ll be at the last Winter market April 7. We’ll have everyone’s favorite microgreens AND fresh spinach from the greenhouse – yes it has wintered over very well and growing strong. Super sweet spinach.
